This saga reminds me of my recent attempts to speak to a human being at PayPal. I gave up in the end and will no longer use them, atleast my issue wasnt as u rgent as Marks! I do wonder when these services become so big they cant provide the human infrastructure to properly support their user base what happens? I guess people start tp leave them for smaller hungrier competitors and the market...
